brand-library: your brand's verified asset home
What it does
Section titled “What it does”Every brand gets one library of its real creative: logos, fonts, product photos, footage, team photos and reviews. Each file is recorded with what it actually shows, where it came from, what rights you have to it, and anything that rules it out (an old product revision, a patient in frame, a logo that is not actually yours).
Skills that need an asset ask the library for it and get a checked, current file, or a clear message naming exactly what is missing. The library never guesses, never hands back a stale copy, and never generates a stand-in for something that has to be real, like your product or a named person’s face.
When to reach for it
Section titled “When to reach for it”- Onboarding a brand: create a new library, or connect a folder you already keep (a synced Drive or Dropbox folder, a local folder).
- Adding files: drop new photos, footage or brand files in and have them reviewed.
- A ruling: “never use that photo”, “that is not our founder”, “that packaging is retired”. The row and the filename update together.
- Automatically: motion-ad-studio creates one the first time it runs on a brand that has none.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Look before you clear. Nothing is usable until someone has looked at it at full size, with zoomed checks for text, badges and labels. The script refuses to mark a file cleared without that record.
- Never substitute. A missing logo or product photo is a setup message, never an AI image or a typed-out wordmark.
- People need proof. A named person’s photo is only trusted when it matches a surface that person controls (their own channel or profile). Patients and minors are held aside and can never be selected.
- Your folders stay untouched. A connected folder is read-only: the library never writes to, renames or moves anything in it.
- Generated assets earn their way in. AI scenes from a run you approved can be promoted back into the library, but they never count as product photos or proof.
How to run it

What you get back
Section titled “What you get back”- A library folder in your brand’s files, with an index of every asset and a readable asset list in your brand Brain.
- Cleared files that other skills can pull, each named by what it shows.
- A short “what’s missing” read, so you know which real photos or footage to go get.
