client-brain: the knowledge hub

Setup Cowork-ready

Builds the deep knowledge hub every other skill reads first. A Brain is a 29-module structure covering product, brand, market, personas, voice of customer, unique mechanism, offer, proof, objections, hooks, channel, compliance and origin story.

It is a hybrid on purpose:

  • Auto-research fills roughly 16 modules, by orchestrating apollo, brand-style-extractor and persona-architect.
  • A structured intake captures the 7 or so modules no research can reach: the business mandate, unit economics, real channel performance, the compliance sign-off, the origin story.

Empty beats fabricated. Anything nobody can answer becomes a logged gap, never a guess. A Brain with eight honest holes is more useful than one with eight invented facts, because you can see what to go find.

This builds modules 00 to 22, the research and intake core. The connected-data layer (24 to 29) is business-brain-builder’s job.

  • Onboarding a new client who deserves more than a brand file.
  • Refreshing a Brain that has drifted from reality.
  • You are producing a lot of work for one client and the same context keeps getting re-derived.

Both.

  • The client’s URL.
  • Time for the intake. The human-only modules are the ones that make the Brain worth having, and they need real answers about margins, mandate and proof.
  • Your compliance boundaries: what this brand may not claim.
  • The Brain at your brand root, indexed, with each module populated or explicitly flagged as a gap.
  • An index that routes skills to the right modules rather than making them load all 29.
  • A research log recording where each fact came from.
  • A gap list, so you know what to chase.

You: “Build the brain for examplebrand.”

Auto-filled 16 modules: personas, competitive intel, brand identity, pain-desire map, hooks by awareness, and the rest. Intake captured 6. Module 26 (unit economics) logged as a GAP: owner did not have blended margin to hand. Module 20 (compliance) captured: three banned claims recorded, which every downstream skill will now enforce. Flagged: no verified case-study metric exists yet, which blocks proof-led angles until one does.

  • The Brain is what makes output stop sounding generic. Every page, ad and email skill loads it first when it exists.
  • Do not fill gaps to feel complete. A logged gap is a to-do; an invented fact is a liability that gets repeated in client-facing copy six weeks later.
  • Module 20 is the compliance firewall. Record banned claims here once and every skill enforces them.
  • Record account identifiers during onboarding. Module 27’s access table is where the ad account, pixel, analytics property and store all get named, and it is what stops a later audit binding to the wrong account.

Wrapped by business-brain-builder for the connected-data version. Orchestrates apollo, brand-style-extractor and persona-architect. Read first by essentially every downstream skill. For a lighter setup, use brand-context.
